You may return your unworn, unwashed, and undamaged purchase for any reason within 20 days of ship date (30 days for our international customers), for a complete refund excluding shipping charges.
All returns must include the original hanger and packaging materials or there will be a $10 charge. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless there was a mistake on the order.

*Please note that natural characteristics in the Dupioni silk and differing embroidery on items are not considered mistakes or flaws. Our embroidery patterns are all-over designs and depending on how the item is cut for production, the embroidery can vary, making every item unique! If you want to exchange these items we will be happy to assist you, but it will be considered a regular exchange and exchange shipping will be charged.
To make an exchange simply place a new order for the items you require. Follow the return instructions listed here for the item(s) you wish to return. Please note exchange shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer unless there was a mistake on the order.
When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue a credit to your card excluding shipping charges within 3 - 5 business days.Please allow an additional 4-5 business days after the refund is processed for the transaction to post at your bank.
Please be advised If you received free shipping with your order $7.50 US will be subtracted from your total refund for domestic shipping charges if the total of items kept in under $150 US. If you already placed an exchange order and paid exchange shipping, this will not be deducted from the original order refund.
